• Job Description
• + Provide technical and personnel leadership + Develop organizational knowledge management and foster continuous improvement + Ability to troubleshooting technical problems using analytical data driven solutions + Excel at problem solving of both technical and non-technical process issues + Oversee departmental daily activities for operations and maintenance of utilities + Ensure necessary training and qualifications for operators and maintenance personnel + Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements + Forecast usage requirements and provide data and analysis as required + Identify PdM applications and develop implementation plans.

+ Coordinate and plan outage requirements to optimize up time + Define and track success metrics that measure the performance and effectiveness of new and existing service programs. Found opportunities in projects to improve cost and schedule + Develop concept of operations for utility resiliency initiatives

• Required Education, Experience, & Skills
• + Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline and minimum of 10 years in a similar managerial role or equivalent experience. + Effective written and oral communication skills
• Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
• + Intimate knowledge of utility market landscape, dynamics, and regulatory requirements + Experience with reliability centered maintenance planning and predictive maintenance + Experience in construction, operations, test and commissioning; preventive and corrective maintenance

Full-Time Salary Range:

$101520 – $172620 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
