We are looking for a 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor to join our Lebanon, TN team. In this role, you’ll work to spearhead diagnostics and maintain machinery to ensure safety and productivity in the warehouse. In our fast-paced, fun, team-oriented environment, your ability to lead projects and provide departmental training to your peers will make you an instrumental part of the team.
Location & Hours:
625 Maddox Simpson Parkway Lebanon, Tennessee US This shift is scheduled for 2:30 pm – 12:00 am, Monday-Friday.
What will you be doing?
Train and lead:
Provide departmental training and mentorship, leading projects and effectively directing efforts of others through the course of project
Prioritize, Plan & Administer Safety Solutions:
Responsible for following all safety guidelines.
With a strong emphasis on:
Lock-out Tag-out, Fall protection, and OSHA compliance. Detect safety hazards and organize timely, safe solutions for the Distribution Center to facilitate minimal mechanical downtime.
Diagnostics & Modifications:
Perform equipment diagnostics and repairs of motor control systems. Ability to develop and utilize Problematic Logic Control logic for troubleshooting/modifications. Embody a
Learning Mindset:
Participate in and lead periodic training / retraining / certification of required equipment. Must be SME in Proteus Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS), then mentor and train others.

Previous facilities maintenance/maintenance technician experience; in-depth experience working with high-speed conveyor systems and all related components, required. Successful completion of mechanical / electrical training programs; moderate to advanced mechanical and electrical knowledge base, required. Proficient with diagnosing electrical control issues to the component level to include (but not limited to) control interface, required. Proficient in mechanical and electrical repair on Lighting Put & Pick systems and Packaging Systems, required Proficient in the operation and utilization of various test and metering equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, required.
