Site Maintenance Manager (Leader) To become theworld’s greatest baker, we need the world’s greatest team membersOverview Reporting to the Director Maintenance and Reliability ,the Maintenance Site Leader is responsible for supportingMaintenance Coordinators and the Maintenance Team, across multiplefacilities. In this position you will work closely with theMaintenance Coordinators, the Operations group, Maintenance ShiftLeaders, the central Maintenance Team, contractors and theEngineering Team.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that Maintenance best practices arestandardized and shared across all facilities. Responsible forimplementing and managing a preventative maintenance system.

Responsible for implementing and managing a work order system.

Creation and fostering a preventive/predictive environment. Developand execute work plans to achieve the department’s goals. Developand maintain key performance indicators – downtime, OEE, PMcompletion %. Responsible for supporting, coaching and training theMaintenance Team. Ensure the Maintenance Coordinators areeffectively managing contract workers, Team Members, and tasks asrequired. Ensure the Maintenance Coordinators are fulfillingoperation needs across multiple facilities. Support and lead majorMaintenance related projects across all Plants. Communicate allactivities to the Operations Team. Manage and track the Maintenancebudget and parts ordering system. A “hands on” role working veryclosely with all operation departments daily to provide immediate,timely support to ensure operational needs are met

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years related experience in similar role in Maintenance.

Bakery, food or CPG manufacturing experience is a definite asset.

Ability to lead, organize and succeed in fast paced, rapidlygrowing manufacturing environment. Post-secondary education inengineering is a plus. Flexibility to work differenthours/weekends. Results-oriented with strong sense of urgency whocan lead and influence others. Excellent time management skills.
