Wireless Repair Technician Lead 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Mount Juliet, TN 37122 We are looking for a Wireless Repair Technician lead in Mount Juliet TN. The Wireless Repair Technician Lead will perform technical evaluation of new and existing devices, develop process, tests, and documentation required to support all production repair functions. PC hardware & software maintenance and troubleshooting skills are essential.

Wireless Repair Technician Lead Shift:

Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm Friday-Sunday 5am-5:30pm

EXP Responsibilities:

Areas of concentration will include Mobile Device Technologies, RF, Flash, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth. LCD Touchscreen, Battery technologies, component level debug, automated testing, test equipment support, troubleshooting, failure analysis. This will include collecting, documenting, and presenting data based around designed experiments. Report and document process issues and equipment malfunctions.

Required Skills:

High School diploma or GED Requires a Tech I Certification At least 1 year of high-volume manufacturing experience in consumer electronics industry. Strong attention to detail. Ability to troubleshoot failures and identify root cause. Provide feedback and report to operation supervisors. Experience with remanufacturing of electronic mobile devices. RF Test Equipment, National Instruments experience. Proficient in reading and understanding technical documents. Strong Microsoft Office computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook). Ability to work from schematic, layouts, and diagrams as related to specific devices.
