Maintenance Supervisor 4.9 4.9 out of 5 stars 412 Farrell Street, South Burlington, VT 05403 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The Supervisor of Maintenance is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of building maintenance for all CS properties. They supervise the maintenance staff and collaborate with the Assistant Facilities Manager and Housing Managers regarding site needs in order to maintain quality housing for residents.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Maintenance Staff
• Oversee building and grounds maintenance for all CS properties.
• Perform necessary repairs and troubleshoots issues.
• Mentor on necessary repairs and troubleshooting issues.

Qualifications:

Must possess a high school diploma and at least 5 years of relevant maintenance experience including heating, electrical and plumbing skills, painting, floor care, and janitorial work. Must possess a valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle and clean driving record. They must be able to travel to property sites. Prior supervisory experience and computer skills in MS Word and Excel are required.

$62,000.00

• $70,000.
