Position Summary:
We’re hiring a Service Manager to own the day-to-day Service support and Customer success that keep our business moving. You’ll manage Service to the market place of the overall install base as well as Customer success management to ensure customers are successful. You will also manage employee onboarding, while supporting leadership with financial reporting of the Service profit center which consists of Projects, Installation as well as Service Support. This is a strategic role combining Service Management, Technical expertise, reporting, and administration , ideal for someone who thrives in a growing, mission-driven company.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Order Management:
Issue work via a Service Order System. All Service orders to be completed and ready for Material movements and replenishments to the invoice stage.
Planning and Scheduling:
Oversee and Manage the Installation, Project and Service related parts of the business and ensure people, resources, training and equipment are planned accordingly and efficiently.
Customer Success Management:
Customer interaction and management of success for each customer will be paramount to your success in this role.
Employee Development:
Manage all employee to their strengths and development through training is crucial to their success.
Continuous Improvement:
The overall management of a CIM is key to the 1% improvement everyday. This is a part of life in this role.
Incident Management:
Manage Install base and all incidents that have an impact on Customer safety, Company Brand, Margin erosion. These will be formally documented and assigned for resolution to the correct stakeholders.
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in Technical Service, planning and scheduling and management. Experience with Service Management software. Team development. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in manufacturing, service, agriculture, or field-based operations is a plus. Familiarity with Lely business systems, CRM, or job-costing platforms a bonus. Basic understanding of Service Management principles.
