Maintenance Millwright (CNC experience is a plus!) 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Muscle Shoals, AL 35661 We are searching for a hands-on and qualified Maintenance Technician / Millwright who has proven experience with industrial equipment repairs. You will be assisting with the troubleshooting, repair, and routine maintenance of all facility and production equipment.

BOE Job Overview:

Reporting to and under the direction of the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for performing routine maintenance and rebuild/repair work on all equipment in the facility to support production needs.

The position is an hourly working position with an average workweek consisting of a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Job Duties:

This job includes but is not limited to the following:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all electrical equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and machine components in the facility.
• Support plant operations by installing, moving, and dismantling equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment and vehicles.
• Perform basic administrative skills including documentation of work performed and submission of purchase requisitions by written/electronic methods.
• Ability to problem solve and continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Responsible for successfully completing all required safety training, including Lockout/Tagout Training.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and report any unsafe conditions in a timely manner.
• Perform other associated duties, as needed, to continue the productive operation of the company.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Must possess basic reading and math skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in specified skill.
• Experience with CNC equipment is a plus.
• Must display a high skill level in one or more of the following: mechanics, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, machining, welding, and/or millwright.
• Be capable of attaining a forklift license.
• Working Knowledge. Must have a good understanding of machinist trade tools and measuring devices and operational processes for machines.
• Must be capable of working any shift, overtime, be on-call, or work seven days a week, if needed.
• Moderate physical effort is required, including occasional lifting of 50 pounds, frequent lifting of 30 pounds, frequent walking, bending and twisting.
