The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various technical skills, including precision measuring instruments, hydraulics, and HVAC/R systems. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members to ensure the highest standards of production. Duties Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in fabrication and assembly processes. Operate and maintain hydraulic systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Fabricate components as per specifications, adhering to industry standards and best practices. Use an ohmmeter for electrical testing and troubleshooting as needed. Conduct regular maintenance on equipment, including scissor lifts, to ensure operational efficiency. Work with HVAC/R systems, performing installation, maintenance, and repair tasks as required. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions promptly. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and hydraulic systems. Familiarity with HVAC/R systems is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to read and interpret technical documents in English. Experience with stick welding techniques is an asset. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
