The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical systems, with expertise in HVAC/R, electrical systems, and field service operations. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Responsibilities Install and maintain industrial machinery and equipment in compliance with safety regulations. Perform troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical systems, including HVAC/R units and low voltage electrical systems. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking maintenance activities and managing work orders. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with team members to analyze equipment performance and implement improvements. Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients during field service visits. Execute stick welding tasks as required for repairs or installations. Work with logic controllers to ensure proper functioning of automated systems. Requirements Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, electrical components, and low voltage applications. Proficiency in stick welding techniques and practices. Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance management. Excellent analytical skills to assess equipment performance and troubleshoot issues effectively. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to safety practices and procedures at all times.
