Industrial Maintenance Technician
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining production and facility equipment according to safety, production and maintenance processes.

Essential Functions & Requirements:

Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
Performs preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities
Utilizes mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment
When necessary, provides emergency / unscheduled repairs to equipment
Completes foundational machinist duties as needed
Reads and interprets equipment manuals and drawings
Diagnoses equipment issues,pletes testing and repairs or replaces parts to make necessary adjustments
Detects faulty operations or defective materials and reports those or any unusual operating situations to proper supervision
Maintains the ability to work flexible hours or overtime based on business needs
Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team andanization

Education:

High-school diploma or equivalent (required)
Associates degree in industrial maintenance or related field (preferred)

Experience:

1+ years of industrial maintenance (hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical) experience orpletion of craft apprenticeship (required)
Previous fabrication and welding experience (preferred)

Competencies:

Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools, and material handling equipment
Ability to operate forklifts, man lifts, and hoists in a safe manner
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Regular and predictable attendance to perform the essential functions and requirements of this role
