Responsibilities Operate tractors and related equipment Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained & report any mechanical issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Follow all safety protocols while operating machinery and working on-site. Skills Proficient in operating tractors Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain machinery effectively Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site.
