The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in pool maintenance, ensuring that our clients’ pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role requires proficiency in using various hand and power tools, along with the ability to perform equipment repairs as needed. Responsibilities Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces. Test water chemistry and adjust chemicals as necessary to maintain safe swimming conditions. Inspect and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for equipment repair and maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records of service visits, including work performed and any recommendations for future maintenance. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with clients about their pool needs and addressing any concerns they may have. Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working on-site at client locations. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar role related to pool maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various pool equipment. Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and chemical balancing is essential. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently while also being a team player when necessary. A valid driver’s license is preferred to travel between job sites efficiently.
