Millwright Position Available In Carroll, Georgia

Position Overview:

In this role, you’ll support operations by maintaining and installing industrial equipment, fabricating and repairing metal structures, and preform duct fabrication and installation. You’ll work alongside skilled technicians in a fast-paced, safety-driven manufacturing environment where your craftsmanship makes a direct impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricateplatforms, guards and heavy structural materials as needed
• Perform various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick Welding), ensuring proper joint preparation, and maintain weld quality and integrity
• Read and interpret blueprints, selecting the appropriate welding processes and materials
• Rigging
• Use basic rigging knowledge to set up hoisting for removal and installation of heavy machinery and components
• Process Piping (All Types)
• Stainless steel, alum, and carbon
• Duct fabrication and Installation
• Concrete
• Machinery foundation, pits, and floors
• Operate safely with hand tools, power tools, fabrication machinery, and shop equipment
• Perform field measurements and installations as needed
• Lay out mounting holes, using measuring instruments, and drill holes with power drill
• Align machines and equipment, using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers, and plumb bobs

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Minimum high school graduate, GED, OR equivalent work experience
• Eligible for employment in the US
• At least two (
• 2•) years of work experience in any of the following mechanical disciplines: MILLWRIGHT, WELDING, or

PIPEFITTING

• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques, including cutting, grinding, and layoutHiring Requirements
