Key Responsibilities:
Winding Operations:
Set up, operate, and maintain winding machines used for winding coils, transformers, motors, and other industrial equipment.
Machine Setup and Calibration:
Properly set up winding equipment, adjust parameters, and calibrate machines to ensure optimal performance and quality.
Material Handling:
Load and prepare materials for the winding process, ensuring the correct wire, insulation, and other components are used.
Quality Control:
Inspect and test wound materials for quality, precision, and adherence to specifications.
Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve issues with the winding process, including machine malfunctions, material defects, and operational challenges.
Documentation:
Accurately document production details, materials used, and any issues that arise during the winding process.
Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe and clean working environment at all times.
Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on winding machines and related equipment to ensure consistent, reliable operation.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery of projects.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in winding, coil winding, or related industrial work (electrical experience is a plus).
Mechanical Aptitude:
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to operate and troubleshoot winding machines. Attention to

Ability to follow precise specifications and standards to ensure the highest quality output.
Safety Awareness:

Physical Ability:

Work Schedule:
Full-time position. Regular hours with occasional overtime based on production needs.
