Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Competitive Hourly Rate + OT (Time & ½) +
Weekly Pay Perfect Attendance Bonus:

They are seeking a Welding / Maintenance Technician to join their day shift team and play a critical role in keeping equipment and facilities operating efficiently and safely. This is an ideal role for a hands-on welder with maintenance experience , especially someone who’s comfortable working in a dynamic industrial environment and takes pride in safe, quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform arc, MIG, and TIG welding in all positions Cut and prep materials using oxy-fuel, plasma, and saws Conduct repairs to plant equipment and facility structures Read prints and complete fabrication tasks based on provided designs Use safe work practices around equipment, evaluating risks in real-time Provide mechanical support across the site as needed ️
What You Bring:
Must-Haves:
State welding certification (or ability to provide documentation) Strong skills in welding, fabrication, and cutting Experience working with maintenance teams in an industrial or plant setting Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Preferred Experience by
Level:
Level I:
1-2 years of welding/maintenance experience
Level II:
2-4 years experience with ability to work independently
Level III:
