You WillPerform industrial maintenance for extrusion and injection molding manufacturing equipment to assure uninterrupted and optimal operationsExecute and continuously improve preventative maintenance proceduresParticipate in changeovers, ensuring efficient and correct executionRepair and rebuilds spare partsAssure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices and proceduresExpand your expertise through formal training and on-the-job experiences, including new equipment installation and equipment modification projectsYou HaveAbility to work either an 8 hour Monday-Friday shift or a 12-hour 3-2-2-3 night shift (6:45 pm – 7:15 am)High School Diploma, GED or equivalentA minimum of three (3) years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment.
Solid hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical knowledge, along with the ability to troubleshoot and problem solveAbility to interpret technical and operational documents, including manuals, blueprints, schematicsability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet with or without reasonable accommodationAs a Plastipak Associate, you receive a benefits package offering the following:
