Equipment Maintenance Technician Job Overview:

Modutek International LLC is seeking to hire an Equipment Maintenance Technician. As a member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment. As an integral part of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure functionality and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and technical issues promptly.
• Interpret schematics and utilize high voltage knowledge to diagnose problems accurately.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform repairs and adjustments on various equipment components.
• Use voltmeters and other tools to test and calibrate equipment for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the Equipment Maintenance Lead to repair and replace parts as needed for equipment maintenance.
• Apply HVAC/R principles when working on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or refrigeration systems.
• Utilize industrial mechanic skills to maintain and repair industrial machinery effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when interacting with internal teams or external clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in equipment maintenance or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics is essential for this role.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of high voltage systems is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment types.
• Familiarity with using voltmeters and other diagnostic tools effectively.
• Knowledge of HVAC/R systems is a plus.
• Background in industrial mechanics is a strong asset.
• Ability to fabricate or modify components based on equipment requirements.
