Job Description
Millwrights. Install, maint & repair marine mechanical systs on vessels. Review blueprints & tech specs to install propulsion systs, shafts, rudders, pumps & generators. Align machinery using lasers & dial indicators. Perf maintenance on winches, cranes, hydraulic units, & fuel systs. Troubleshoot engine, transmission & steering components. Replace defective parts, conduct alignments & syst testing. Ensure compliance w/ safety stndrds. 2 yrs exp as millwright or in heavy machinery setup & alignment. $75,338/yr.
