Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Millwright to join our industrial maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Assemble, install, align, and dismantle machinery and equipment Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems Use precision tools (micrometers, calipers, laser alignment tools, etc.) Operate hoists, cranes, and forklifts as required Inspect machines and equipment for proper performance and detect faults Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations Collaborate with other maintenance and production personnel

Qualifications:

Technical certification or apprenticeship in millwright or industrial maintenance preferred 3-5 years of millwright experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to read technical documents and follow detailed instructions Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces

Preferred Experience:

Welding and fabrication experience Experience with pumps, conveyors, turbines, compressors, and gearboxes Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems OSHA safety certification
