Key Responsibilities:

Perform changeovers and die work on presses. Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on equipment such as sealers, compressors, scrap and air systems. Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to maintain product quality and reduce downtime. Execute mechanical modifications to enhance quality, safety, or efficiency. Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure continuous operation. Follow strict safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Support improvement projects and maintenance initiatives alongside a skilled team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Diploma or technical training in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering OR 2-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance. Basic knowledge of SAP and equipment maintenance workflows. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills•root cause analysis experience is a big plus. Familiar with production processes and preventive maintenance principles. You Have:

Knowledge of 5S, WCM (World Class Manufacturing), or Lean principles. Experience in a high-speed packaging or manufacturing facility. Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance documentation.
