KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

General Duties Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate and consistent product construction. Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently Perform assigned tasks on the production line, including framing, sub-roofing, roofing, or general support depending on position. Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Communicate effictively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow. Adapt to changing production needs and perform various tasks as required

Position-Specific Tasks May Include:

Framer:

Construct wall frames and structural components using wood materials and measurements from blueprints

Roofer:

Complete the installation of roofing, including shingles or metal materials, ensuring durability and quality

QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or a related field required Ability to read and interpret building blueprints and technicial drawings Proficiency with measuring tools and construction equipment Strong manual dexterity, physcial stamina, and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and collaborate as part of a team Strong time management and proble-solving skills Commitment to workplace safety and complinance standards Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment for employees will take place primarily inside a non-climate controlled manufacturing facility. Occasionally, employees will be expected to work outside in all types of weather conditions. Employees can expect to experience high levels of noise that is typically associated with a busy manufacturing environment. The employee must be able to tolerate an environment with paint/stain fumes and sawdust in the air.
