This is not a general labor or entry-level operator position. Qualified candidates will have recent hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment.

Qualified Candidates Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on production machinery (conveyors, motors, pumps, etc.) Perform preventive maintenance and inspections per schedule Troubleshoot electrical components and pneumatic systems (a plus) Use hand and power tools to repair and maintain equipment Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation Assist with machine changeovers, setups, and calibrations Collaborate with machine operators and other departments to minimize downtime Adhere to all safety procedures and standards

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Solid knowledge of mechanical systems; basic electrical and pneumatic skills a plus Ability to read schematics and technical manuals Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and stand 8-12 hours Willing to work rotating shifts and overtime High school diploma or GED required What to
