We’re looking for a skilled Textile Machine Technician to join our 3rd shift team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for keeping weaving equipment running at peak performance by performing mechanical maintenance, repairs, and adjustments. If you’re dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to take on a key role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this opportunity is for you.

No Degree Required Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair weaving looms (replace reeds, heddles, lenos, lancettes, etc.) Perform mechanical timing adjustments and harness settings Conduct routine preventive maintenance (lubrication, cleanings, beam changes) Diagnose and fix issues to reduce downtime and scrap Understand and pattern drafts and yarn entry processes Work safely following all lockout/tagout procedures Perform daily housekeeping and ensure machine areas are clean and organized Use RF Smart system to track work and materials The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week Skills

Years of experience: 3 years
