This role requires expertise in mechanical systems, HVAC, electrical components, and fabrication techniques , including pipe welding and structural metalwork. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of troubleshooting complex systems efficiently. Duties Install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and industrial machinery per blueprints and schematics Utilize diagnostic tools such as voltmeters and multimeters to identify and correct electrical issues Fabricate and install metal components, process piping, and structural supports as required Perform pipe fitting and welding tasks, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding, to support equipment installation and system modifications Support metal fabrication projects involving cutting, grinding, layout, and assembly Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements or modifications for efficiency and reliability Deliver high-level customer service while working on-site, addressing client needs and resolving issues Collaborate with other technicians, fabricators, and supervisors to ensure safe, efficient project execution Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, complying with all company and industry safety standards Requirements Proven experience as a Millwright or similar role in industrial or heavy commercial environments Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical and electrical components, and fabrication techniques Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs Skilled in pipe welding , structural welding, and operation of fabrication tools and equipment Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment using both mechanical and electrical diagnostics Strong communication skills and ability to work well both independently and within a team Experience with field service and job site coordination is a plus Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Join Branvic LLC and be part of a team that values technical excellence, craftsmanship, and innovation in industrial construction and service.
