• $39.

00 DOE Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoots, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings.
• Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform diagnostics.
• Rebuilds/Service manufacturing equipment as required.
• May perform equipment modifications as directed by Manufacturing Engineers.
• Identify spare parts, tools or materials needed to maintain equipment.
• Perform Regular Preventative Maintenance.

Skills and Experience:

• 2 year Technical Degree.
• 2•4 years minimum of SMT Machine Operation and Repair.

• Knowledge of Fuji equipment is plus.
• Knowledge of Automation with some knowledge of PLCs and its operation.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Experience decreasing downtime and yields improvements.
