POSITION DESCRIPTION

Tool Room Lead Ability to lead and direct (2) 12-hour shifts covering 7 days a week Problem Solving Ability and Expertise Ability to enhance existing PM Procedures to better improve the performance of tools. Ability to improve mold cavitation, mold up time, and reduce unscheduled mold interruptions and pulls. Monitorization of spare components needed Awareness of upcoming expenditures before becoming debilitating Requirements High School Diploma Trade Certificate or Degree in Mechanical Engineering 8 Years’ Experience in Mold Maintenance and Repair Detail Oriented and Goal Driven Husky Valve Gate Assembly, Dis-Assembly and PM Husky Manifold Hot Tip Assembly, Dis-Assembly and PM Husky Altanium Hot Runner Controller-Optimization, Troubleshooting and Repair. Basic Machining Skills-Surface Grinding, Lathe and Welding Ability to read Mold drawings and electrical schematics •Multi-Cavity Closure mold experience NOT a REQ, but a strong plus. •Cam Action and Rack & Pinion Unscrewing mold experience NOT a REQ. but a strong plus.
