Job Description:

Job Purpose:

This full-time position supports plant operationsby installing, maintaining, moving, and dismantling industrialequipment, with a focus on conveyors, welding, rigging, and heavyindustrial maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Work Coordination:

Organize work by reviewing work orders, blueprints, diagrams,manuals, and specifications. Gather tools, supplies, and coordinateschedules with other departments. ?

Installation:

Set equipmentfoundations, assemble components, align and secure parts, andestablish power or control connections. ? Equipment Dismantling ℜlocation: Disassemble components, disconnect power sources, andprepare equipment for secure transport. Fabricate custom shippingbrackets or parts as needed. ?

Maintenance & Repair:

Troubleshootbreakdowns, perform routine maintenance, follow standard operatingprocedures. ?

Welding & Rigging:

Execute welding tasks(MIG/TIG/Stick), perform precision rigging for heavy machineryinstallation and removal, and ensure equipment alignment andsafety. ?

Conveyor System Expertise:

Maintain, repair, and installvarious types of conveyor systems used in manufacturing ordistribution environments. ?

Safety & Compliance:

Maintain a cleanand hazard-free worksite. Follow company safety procedures andlegal regulations to ensure a safe working environment. ?

Tool &Equipment Management:

Maintain and operate hand and power tools.

Ensure all tools are functioning correctly and safely. ?

Documentation:

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records forall machinery and repairs. ?

Continuous Improvement:

Stay currentwith best practices and industry standards by participating intraining and development opportunities.

Requirements:

? Minimum 3years of experience in: ? Conveyor systems maintenance andinstallation ? Welding (certifications a plus) ? Rigging and movingheavy equipment ? General industrial mechanical maintenance ?Ability to work 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM as needed ? Available everyother Saturday ? Willingness to travel to different sites or plantsas needed ? Strong understanding of industrial safety practices ?Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings ?Proficient with mechanical and inspection tools ? Physicallycapable of lifting heavy loads and working in various environments
