The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in maintaining, repairing, and installing machinery and equipment. As a Millwright, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes, utilizing your expertise in hydraulics, low voltage systems, and HVAC. This position requires both technical skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues using tools such as voltmeters and ammeters. Fabricate parts as needed to ensure optimal machine performance. Perform field service tasks to support customer needs effectively. Collaborate with team members to ensure safety standards are met. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment. Document all maintenance activities and repairs performed. Requirements Proven experience as a Millwright or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of hydraulics and low voltage systems. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters and ammeters. Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
