FUNCTION SUMMARY
The primary focus of this position is to maintain industrial and production equipment throughout thefacility, including but not limited to Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatic, Plumbing, and HVACbuilding maintenance.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES?
Follow direction provided by Maintenance Supervisor, Leader, or designee.? Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to, and enforcing, all safety procedures andpolicies inside and outside the facility, including use of personal protective and McLanahanequipment as required.? Represent McLanahan Corporation in a positive manner both internally and externally whileadhering to the organization’s core values.? Communicate effectively with co-workers, management, customers, and others in a courteousand professional manner.? Support and develop preventative maintenance program. Complete Preventive Maintenance asrequired.? Handle general industrial and production maintenance and repair for a variety of equipment in thefacility including but not limited to overhead cranes, overhead doors, HVAC/Ovens, and any othermachines within the industrial and production environment.? Complete repairs on electrical and mechanical component of all equipment and ensure allmaintenance task are performed in accordance with Lockout/Tagout procedures.? Operate troubleshooting and test equipment for digital and analog volt/OHM meters.? Rebuild gearboxes, drivelines, pumps, and other equipment as assigned.? Work on all equipment breakdowns in a safe and timely manner.? Operate forklift, scissor lifts and aerial type lifting equipment and other equipment as necessary.
