Job Description:
We’re hiring Riggers / Millwrights to join our field crew — no experience necessary . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn new skills, and is willing to work hard in a team environment. You’ll assist with moving and installing heavy machinery and equipment, using tools, forklifts, and rigging gear. We offer on-the-job training and opportunities to grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Help move and install industrial equipment and machinery Set up rigging gear (slings, chains, shackles, etc.) Assist with forklift and crane operations Work on various industrial and commercial job sites Follow all safety procedures and assist the crew Keep tools, gear, and trucks organized and ready
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable and hard-working with a good attitude Comfortable with physical work (lifting 50+ lbs) Able to work in outdoor conditions and at different job sites Willing to travel locally for jobs (home most nights) Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus but not required) No experience required•we will train you Bonus if You Have (but not required): Forklift experience or certification Experience with tools or mechanical work Construction, warehouse, or labor background
