At Precision Hydraulics, we lead the waste equipment service industry, delivering unmatched repair and maintenance for compactors, balers, and other hydraulic machinery across commercial and industrial sectors. We’re growing-and looking for motivated, mechanically skilled technicians to join our mobile service team.
What You’ll Do:
Perform field repairs, maintenance, and installations of waste handling equipment, including compactors, balers, and hydraulic systems. Diagnose hydraulic and electrical issues using schematics and PLCs. Operate and maintain a fully equipped service truck for on-site job repairs. Interface professionally with clients and represent the company with a service-first attitude. Adhere to all safety compliance regulations and complete daily vehicle inspections per DOT requirements.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong experience in hydraulics, electrical troubleshooting, welding, and fabrication. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and hydraulic schematics. Familiarity with PLC controls and automation. A mechanical or technical background (education or field experience). Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Minimum age: 21 Valid Class C or higher driver’s license Ability to pass:
