The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment in an industrial setting. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical components, and hydraulics. The Millwright will ensure that all equipment operates efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall productivity of our operations. Duties Install, maintain, and repair machinery and mechanical systems in compliance with safety standards. Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate alignment and installation of equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs using tools such as ammeters and other diagnostic equipment. Work with low voltage electrical systems to support machinery operations. Operate scissor lifts and other equipment safely while performing maintenance tasks at heights. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company policies regarding safety and cleanliness. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with team members and management regarding project status and needs. Preferences Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar role within an industrial environment. Strong understanding of hydraulics and electrical systems relevant to industrial machinery. Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
