Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Test Technician to assemble, test, troubleshoot, and calibrate electronic assemblies and units in a dynamic production environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with analog/digital circuitry, RF systems, and precision measurement tools, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up test apparatus and conduct tests on electronic assemblies using approved methods, procedures, and standards. Assemble and adjust production electronic equipment per design specifications. Troubleshoot malfunctions to the component level using schematic diagrams for analog, digital, and RF circuits. Utilize hand/power tools and measurement devices (e.g., oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, RF power meters). Collaborate with engineers to develop/test new products and recommend design or process improvements. Document test results and maintenance actions using Microsoft Suite and data collection programs. Ensure quality compliance via statistical process control (SPC) methods. Support high-volume production schedules while maintaining precision.
Basic Qualifications:
1+ year of direct experience in electronics testing/troubleshooting. Proficiency in solid-state, digital, and RF circuit troubleshooting. Experience with flying probe/high-power testing. Ability to use schematic diagrams to isolate failures. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data documentation tools.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent, with additional technical training (e.g., Associate degree in Electronics or related field).
Desired Skills:
Extensive RF testing experience. Knowledge of radar systems.
