Job Description Please Note this position supports our 4thShift, Fri-Sun, 6am-6pm. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium whileworking the 4th Shift. Also, though you work 36 hours, you will bepaid for 40 hours.

Because of the need for consistent, in-personcollaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite dueto the nature of this particular role, it will be performedfull-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location ata BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

BAE systems is seeking an experiencedTest Tech to support our RF module production across multipleprograms. Testing and tuning complex microwave and RF modules usingmethods such as adjusting .001 wire, .003 ribbon and makingadjustments on die. Troubleshooting, debugging and testing using precisemeasurements on a variety of electronic equipment (oscillators,audio oscillators, standing wave amplifiers, multimeters, phasesensitive demodulators, volt-ohm meters, logic analyzers, AF and RFsignal generators and wave meters). Working with schematics, diagrams, test specifications andsketches to understand engineering and customer requirements andhow to perform tests. Performing routine analysis of data to check and verifyapplicability and accuracy. Working under microscope for long lengths of time. RequiredEducation, Experience, & Skills At least one year of relevant test experience. Must be familiar with RF and microwave test equipment and withthe ability to set up equipment to test againstspecifications. Must have the ability to calibrate test stands. Computer competency and English literacy is required to ensurethe candidate will be capable of following instruction/safetyguidelines.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills 4-6 years of direct RF experience. Expertise utilizing RF tools and Test equipment. Familiarity with RF tuning.
