$62,000 – $79,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM – 4 PM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Perform functional and performance testing of RF and electronic assemblies, subassemblies, and systems using test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes. Troubleshoot and diagnose RF and electronic circuits to the component level, identifying failures and ensuring products meet required specifications. Interpret schematics, test procedures, and technical drawings to carry out accurate testing and validation processes. Document and report test results, non-conformances, and findings using internal quality and tracking systems. Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Calibrate and maintain RF test equipment in accordance with company and industry standards. Ensure all testing activities comply with internal procedures and safety standards, including ESD handling protocols.
