Job Details:
SUMMARY:
This position may be responsible for planning and supervising the execution of cost effective and timely maintenance necessary for the operation of all equipment.
This includes the following:
directing coordinating and supporting maintenance and refrigeration personnel; administering PSM program working with contractors vendors orpany engineering in the modification or installation of equipment; troubleshooting and resolving new and or different technical problems regarding equipment. Other responsibilities include maintaining relevant records and ensuring OSHA standards and programs are implemented instructing in the use of personal protective equipment and implementing new ways of improving ergonomics within the facility. This position is also responsible for coordinating Team Member schedules and handling clocking reports and attendance records holding monthly safety meetings and performing other responsibilities as assigned on all 3 shifts of refrigeration maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Education beyond high school including special training vocational school and or college courses or an equivalentbination of education and experience in Refrigeration.
Experience:
3 plus years experience in refrigeration.
Computer Skills:
Basicputer skills.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills.
Supervisory:
This position is responsible for supervising a group of personnel who perform somewhat identical and related tasks or activities.
Travel:
1 to 5 trips per year.
