Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Kitchen Service Technician to join our team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience in repairing a variety of commercial kitchen equipment, including HVAC systems, refrigeration units, combi ovens, walk-in coolers, hot side equipment, and ice machines.

Responsibilities:

Repair and maintain HVAC systems in commercial kitchens Diagnose and fix issues with refrigeration units Troubleshoot and repair combi ovens Service and maintain walk-in coolers Fix problems with hot side equipment, such as stoves and grills Repair and maintain ice machines

Skills:

Experience as a Commercial Kitchen Technician at least 3-5 years of experience in commercial kitchen repairs Ability to repair Commercial HVAC systems Knowledge of refrigeration systems Proficiency in repairing combi ovens Skilled in servicing walk-in coolers and walk-in coolers Experience with hot side equipment repair; ovens. fryers, flat-tops, griddles, convection ovens, and steamers Familiarity with ice machine maintenance and repairs CFESA certifications is a plus in electrical, steam, gas, or refrigeration

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 to 75 pounds; frequently lift and or move up to 100 pounds with assistance and heavy lift equipment Comfortable working in various environments, including confined spaces and heights Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and climb up and down ladders Extensive daily travel to work site locations Exposure to electrical, steam, and high heat units that require extreme caution and safety equipment Ameriserve is an equal opportunity employer.
