• Orlando , we’re searching for a Mobile Refrigeration Technician who is experienced with Thermo King and Carrier units and passionate about keeping refrigerated fleets running at optimal temperature and uptime.

What You’ll Do As a Mobile Refrigeration Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things refrigerated in our lease and rental fleet.

You’ll:

Diagnose and repair refrigeration units (Thermo King, Carrier) on-site at customer locations. Perform preventive maintenance and emergency service calls , ensuring temperature integrity and DOT compliance. Use diagnostic software and refrigerant tools to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently. Maintain detailed records of service work, parts used, and repair outcomes using digital platforms. Communicate directly with customers to provide updates and recommend long-term solutions. What We’re Looking For Thermo King and/or Carrier certification required. Experience with mobile service and diesel-powered refrigeration units. Valid driver’s license with ability to obtain CDL (we will support you through the process). Strong communication skills and ability to work independently at customer sites. Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems in reefer units.
