You’ll work on refrigeration systems, hot-side cooking equipment, or both if you so choose. Company van, tools, and strong benefits included. Job Description Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration equipment like walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, and display cases Maintain and repair hot-side kitchen gear: ovens, fryers, steamers, grills, and ranges Handle scheduled PMs and emergency calls for a mix of restaurants, retail food service, and other local clients Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control issues using standard tools and schematics Recover and handle refrigerants safely and in compliance with EPA rules Keep accurate records of work performed, time, and parts used Follow all job site and safety protocols — you’re representing a professional outfit with high standards Basic Qualifications 2+ years’ experience in commercial refrigeration or kitchen equipment service Universal EPA 608 Certification (required) Strong troubleshooting skills — electrical, mechanical, and controls Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints Valid driver’s license with clean record Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in hot kitchens and cold storage environments
