Lead Refrigeration Technician 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars Ball Ground, GA 30107 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refrigeration systems, air conditioning, and equipment repair. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and maintaining various refrigeration units and Refrigeration systems. The Refrigeration Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely, providing excellent service to our clients. Traveling will be required. We pay hotel and meal per diem, plus additional incentive pay. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand system designs. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify potential issues. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting. Perform property maintenance tasks related to refrigeration and HVAC systems. Provide field service support, responding promptly to service calls. Collaborate with team members to design efficient refrigeration solutions tailored to client needs. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used. Experience Proven experience in refrigeration technology or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with appliance repair techniques is a plus. An experienced driver for transporting equipment may be beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to Refrigeration systems is advantageous.
