Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team to work at 13 locations. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing field service and performing repairs on a variety of appliances and equipment. Work load includes, HVAC, cooking equipment, refrigeration equipment, exhaust systems, plumbing, electrical, facilities and preventive maintenance. This is a full-time position that requires a valid driver’s license, ability to be insured as a driver, and the ability to work with little supervision.

Duties:

• Conduct service calls to diagnose and repair appliances and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on various systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components
• Utilize schematics and technical manuals to guide repairs
• Collaborate with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of appliance repair, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
• Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals
• Experience with property maintenance or building systems is a plus
• Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration is highly desirable

Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues accurately
• Strong attention to detail to perform precise repairs
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers professionally
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Maintain and account for all truck stock inventory, including the accurate charging and billing of items used for repair
• Complete all administrative requirements of the position in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:
