Refrigeration Technician Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

Refrigeration Technician Retail Dispense Solutions (RDS) Atlanta, GA Retail Dispense Solutions (RDS) provides equipment installation services to large, national contractors for multi-site enhancements and rollouts. We specialize in retail coffee, tea, soda, water and adult beverage dispensing systems in markets across the US. RDS presently has requirements for Refrigeration Technicians in the following markets: Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas Remote Routes, Tulsa, and Georgia. New markets are also being added. Key Responsibilities Work with team leaders and fellow technicians to complete assigned stores, in assigned markets. One store per week. Working hours between 6am and 10pm, Sunday to Thursday with Friday being a travel or flex day. Recover or pump down existing ice machines, cut and potentially cap lines for equipment removal. Set/assist setting the equipment then either make ready the existing line sets or run new ones by welding them into the new and/or existing equipment, pressure test and pull a vacuum. Then weigh in refrigerant. Test, calibrate, troubleshoot, and document work completion with appropriate documentation and pictures. Skills and Qualifications As a Dispense Technician, applicant will be required to have and demonstrate:

• Must hold EPA 608 universal certification
• Strong mechanical experience in refrigeration and or HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical principles as they relate to refrigeration installations.
• A general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical and HVAC principles.
• The ability to climb and work on a ladder in ceilings and on top of walk-in coolers.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs. solo or while assisting team members.
• Physical stamina when standing or kneeling for extended periods of time.
• The ability to travel 50-100% for certain markets (if assigned).
• The ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks, timely.
• Good communication skills when coordinating with team members and customers.
• Willingness to train on company-specific technical equipment.
• Problem-solving skills to handle repairs and equipment issues during installations, maintenance, and return service calls with a focus on safety and compliance.
• The ability to pass a background check, drug test, a valid driver license, have reliable and currently insured transportation.
• Knowledge of Glycol refrigeration systems is a huge bonus.
