Job Summary:
The Equipment Service Team Lead will be working in-house, leading a team of techs to refurbish and rebuild equipment as needed. HVAC experience a plus to oversee the refrigeration equipment. Refurb Techs will prepare equipment for delivery as well as documenting all work details associated with equipment installation and removal.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

in everything we do. Prepare equipment surfaces for repainting, resurfacing, or application of new decals, wraps, labels and headers. Use lifting and moving equipment to load and unload large vending machines, coolers, and fountain units. May also assist with equipment inventory duties and organization of stock. Repair and perform preventative maintenance on equipment. Remove old or broken parts and fix or replace with new parts. Maintain parts inventory in shop. Will be responsible for entering data into iPad software. Maintain a clean working environment. Supervise other team members while evaluating and training the team. Oversee the flow of equipment coming in and out of the department.
Physical Demands:
Able to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously and 60 lbs. intermittently Must be able to bend, stoop and climb on a frequent basis. Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to physically move vending machines as required
Work Environment:
Work mostly indoors. May work outdoors as needed.
Qualifications Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and approved driving record. Must have a mechanical/electrical background and supervisory/lead experience. EPA 608 Universal certification preferred. HVAC / refrigeration experience a plus. Must have basic understanding of plumbing, soldering, and circuitry. Must have basic knowledge of CO2 and Freon.
