Job Description
Refrigeration Apprentice 3C Refrigeration LLC Elon, NC 27244 We are seeking a dedicated and eager Refrigeration Apprentice to join our growing team. This entry-level position offers hands-on training and experience in the field of scientific refrigeration. As a Refrigeration Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced technicians, learning the intricacies of refrigeration systems and gaining practical skills that will set the foundation for a successful career in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist experienced technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems. Learn and adhere to safety protocols and industry standards. Participate in ongoing training and development programs. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with refrigeration systems. Maintain detailed and accurate records of work performed. Provide excellent customer service and represent 3C Refrigeration professionally at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. Excellent problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass a background check as most of our customer base requires background checks for badging access. Some HVAC/R experince is preffered but not required. Some brazing experience is preffered but not required.
