Pay:

Above average pay, Depending on experience

Hours:

Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (with a 1-hour lunch break). This position sometimes requires work outside normal work schedule hours. There is minimal opportunity for routine overtime. This position covers a variety of tasks including: Routine maintenance of commercial HVAC equipment and systems. Responding to reactive work order type assignments (e.g. exhaust fan not working, unit down, etc.) involving troubleshooting and possible repair. Root cause analysis of equipment failures in mechanical systems and control components Ability to troubleshoot with or without guidance and resolve complex issues with a variety of infrastructure systems (i.e. DX equipment, Exhaust Fans, ERV’s, etc.) Daily interaction with clients (internal and external) Strong verbal and written communication skills May work on several projects at one time Perform routine maintenance on systems without direction

Requirements:

Position Requirements include: Minimum 3 years in the HVAC industry Demonstrated ability to quickly develop root cause analysis of failures Excellent verbal/written communication skills Exceptional customer service (internal and external) Demonstrated ability to multi-task Possess an outgoing and positive attitude Computer literate and technology savvy Detail-oriented Initiative and drive towards excellence Support a team type job culture
