Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and residential refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, and refrigeration units. Ensure all refrigeration systems are operating at peak efficiency and in compliance with safety regulations. Provide accurate diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair services in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime for customers. Collaborate with the team to provide outstanding customer service and support in a fast-paced environment. Maintain an organized and clean work area and properly handle all tools and equipment. Stay up to date with industry trends and refrigeration technology, ensuring you’re always delivering the best solutions.
