$27 – $32ph I’m working with a well known food manufacturing company based in Camden, SC. They have a great opportunity for a Refrigeration Tech to join the team. You will work on a 2-2-3 schedule working 12hr nights. 6pm – 6am Reporting to the Refrigeration Supervisor you will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
Applies knowledge in the operation, testing & documentation for refrigeration and other utility systems (e.g. – air compressors, boilers, etc.) Apply working knowledge of industrial refrigeration & site utility equipment and processes to safely install, start up, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration and monitor other utility equipment operation. Perform refrigeration
PM / PSM
(Process Safety Management) program tasks, including logs and documentation Oversee and coordinate resources for PM and repairs of refrigeration systems Ensure refrigeration system compliance with state and federal regulations & codes; maintain a safe work environment for self and staff. Assist supervisor/co-workers w/ repairs; openly share refrigeration knowledge with others Required Experience
- Experience with industrial refrigeration systems
- Knowledge of refrigeration regulations & systems
- Minimum 2 years experience with refrigeration systems/equipment
