The Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and recommending solutions to meet the customer’s needs.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for troubleshooting and recommending the best solution to meet the customer’s needs.
• Fostering positive customer relationships.
• Participate in day-to-day service-related activities.
• Maintain positive customer satisfaction to include dispute resolution.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.

Work Environment:

• Must be able to climb ladders.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Work could require kneeling, crawling, bending or other positions that may be uncomfortable.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends or evenings.

Job Type:

Up to $20.00 per hour
