CNC Service Technician Revel Staffing Tallassee, AL 36078 CNC Equipment Repair Technician We are seeking an experienced CNC Equipment Repair Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of CNC machine tools and related equipment. This role requires a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, CNC controls, and machine tool operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on CNC machines. Use precision test equipment to troubleshoot at the component level. Perform machine leveling, alignment, and sub-assembly rebuilds. Replace or repair damaged components and document all activities and expenses. Provide guidance and training to junior technicians and maintenance staff. Interface with customers, vendors, and OEMs to coordinate repairs and support. Conduct basic facilities maintenance (e.g., electrical tasks).
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in CNC machine tool repair and maintenance. Associates degree in electronic engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience). Intermediate knowledge of CNC controls and parametric programming. Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics and blueprints. Strong troubleshooting skills with both mechanical and electronic systems. Experience with autoclaves is a plus. Forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift certifications preferred.
