Cell Phone Repair Technician Cellular Products 117 North College Street, Auburn, AL 36830 Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Phone Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. You will work with various operating systems and utilize your technical expertise to provide exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Diagnose issues with mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets. Perform repairs on hardware components, including screens, batteries, and internal circuitry. Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to execute repairs accurately. Provide technical support to customers regarding device functionality and troubleshooting. Analyze schematics and manuals to understand device specifications and repair procedures. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
